The Math (no games)
On a $6,500/week gross week:
- Bakol's cut: 15%
- IFTA: $45/week
- Insurance: ~$425/week
- **Net before fuel & truck payment: ~$5,055**
Fuel and your truck payment are on you — they vary too much by rig and MPG for us to fake a number here. We give you a fuel card at our discount rate, no markup, no kickback to us.

What The Job Actually Requires
Be honest with yourself before you apply — this saves both of us time:
- 2015 or newer semi. We check. Don't apply with a 2013.
- Valid CDL A, minimum 2 years recent driving experience — not "technically 2 years on paper."
- 1+ year Amazon Relay experience required.
- OTR, home every 2-3 weeks. If you need to be home weekly, this isn't your gig.
- ~3,500 miles/week. If you're not comfortable running that pace, this isn't your gig either.
- Clean ELD records — we're not going to fight the FMCSA for you.
- Clean driving record. SAP program not available.
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply — a record isn't a dealbreaker here, a bad driving record is.
