Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. This role requires strong clerical skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage appointments, including modifications and cancellations, using computerized systems.
Handle patient inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Insurance claim filing.
Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
Assist in office management tasks as needed to support overall operations.

Experience

Previous experience as a dental assistant IS required.
Dental Assisting Training or equivalent is required.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and office management tasks.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse guests.
