The IT Service Desk Technician serves as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. This role focuses strictly on identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Tier 1 IT issues while providing friendly, customer-focused service. Technical support is delivered directly across multiple channels, including phone, email, walk-ins, and the ticketing portal.
