Cabinetry- Fabrication, Assembly and Installation

Position Summary:
The Cabinet Installer/Maker will be responsible for building, assembling, and installing custom cabinets, casework, and millwork. This role requires attention to detail, woodworking skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom cabinets, drawers, and components using shop tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Install cabinetry, trim, and hardware on residential projects.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in all builds and installations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cabinet installer, carpenter, or cabinet maker.
- Strong woodworking and finish carpentry skills.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
- Knowledge of installation techniques, hardware, and materials.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and cabinets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adapt installations to site conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Applicants would assume wide ranging tasks and join our lead builders in the construction, fabrication, assembly and installation of cabinetry and woodwork. An applicant should be detail oriented; willing to take direction and learn the processes. Nested panel CNC operations.

You must have transportation to the shop and basic hand tools. Most of our work is delivered and installed in the Nashville Metro area. Day trips to Nashville; on average once per week. Overnight trips (with paid lodging and meals) on average 2-3 per month. (Travel in company vehicles) We work on a 4 day/10hr schedule M-T.
*Prior cabinet install, trim carpentry experience required*
