I’ve spent 19 years building Easy Sell Property Solutions from the ground up.

Here’s What You’re Walking Into

We acquire properties across Long Island, and New Jersey . We have a buyers’ database — investors, landlords, fix-and-flippers, developers — people who are actively hunting for deals right now.

Your job is simple to explain and takes real skill to execute: match the right property to the right buyer – maximize the profit and get it to closing.

You are not cold calling strangers. You are not convincing skeptics. You are not chasing people who don’t want to be found.

You’re the one with the product they want. They’re coming to you.

Think of it as reverse selling — we’ve already built the system, the inventory, and the buyer network. You plug in, work it, grow it, and close deals.

We’ll train you on everything from day one. No real estate license needed. No prior real estate experience required. What you cannot fake is the ability to build a relationship and see it through.

What Winning Looks Like In Your First 90 Days

We’re not looking for someone who needs a year to figure it out. Here’s what we expect from the right person fast:

You’ve learned our system cold — inventory, buyers’ database, deal flow process
You’ve built a minimum of 45 solid, cash-ready buyer relationships from scratch
You’ve shown properties, fielded offers, and moved deals to closing
Buyers in your network are calling you — not the other way around
You know what a good deal looks like and you can explain it to a buyer in two minutes

If that sounds like a lot — it’s not for the right person. For them it’s just Tuesday.
