Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory
Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, data entry, and filing to ensure administrative efficiency
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or over the phone
Support additional administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment reminders, and personal assistant tasks as needed

Experience

Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
Experience with office management tools such as calendar management software or data entry platforms preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and proofreading skills to ensure clear communication
