Full Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Job Overview
Interact with customers to provide information about the Hatfield McCoy Trails rules and regulations, greet the visiting public and assist them with routine information and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sale and Distribute Hatfield McCoy User Permits.
Maintain accurate records of all permit and merchandise sales.
Assure trailhead facility, its grounds, and restrooms are neat and clean.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all permit types, maps, and informational brochures.
Reconcile all sales and prepare a reconciliation report with profits to be turned in to the

Authority office daily.

Assure necessary supplies are available in sufficient quantity in the trailhead facilities.
Check trailhead facility to detect damage and report damages to supervisor.
Handle and resolve complaints.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Characteristics, Experience, and Qualifications

Required Experience/Qualifications. Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
Specific Skills. Basic computer/credit card machine knowledge and skills. Ability to organize, file, and inventory. Ability to deal with diverse personalities in situations involving stress and disagreement.
Personal Characteristics. Communication skills, both oral and written.
Education Level. High-school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Salary, Status, and Benefits.
Part time without benefits. Salary is set annually by Board of Directors.
