Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients , ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2 years experience in medical office management required

Duties

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform office management tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Handle administrative duties such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and data entry.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Assist in the office as needed, including patient check-in/out processes.
Use of EMR, schedule patients appointments, make phone calls to patients and insurance

Experience

Previous experience in an office management or front desk role is required.
Familiarity with calendar management and time management practices is essential.
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in office software applications.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience as a medical receptionist is required.
