Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN/NP) — Skin Treats Louisville

About Skin Treats

Skin Treats is a Louisville medical spa where patients come to feel confident, cared for, and genuinely listened to. We're not a high pressure, high-volume clinic we build long term relationships and deliver natural, beautiful results in a calm, welcoming environment. Our team takes patient safety and education seriously, and we treat every consultation as a chance to earn trust. That being said, we follow sales trainings that have been proven time and time again to help allow trust with our patients.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled, personable RN/ APRN to join our team as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. You'll perform a range of cosmetic and skin treatments while guiding patients through their journey with warmth and clarity. If you love the aesthetics field, take pride in your technique, and want to grow with a supportive practice, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Perform neuromodulatorand dermal filler injections
Provide additional treatments as trained (e.g., microneedling, PRP, laser, RF Microneedling, Ultherapy, Pico Laser and more)
Lead thoughtful consultations, assess patient goals, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Educate patients on aftercare and realistic expectations
Maintain accurate charting and follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
Work alongside our medical director and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

Active, unrestricted Kentucky RN license/APRN license (required) or higher
[1+ year(s)] of injector/aesthetic experience preferred (new injectors with strong clinical skills and a willingness to train — [encouraged to apply / please note])
Excellent communication and a warm, patient-first bedside manner
Strong attention to detail and a genuine eye for aesthetics
Professional, reliable, and a great team player
We are in Retail medicine please understand that sales is part of this job
BLS/CPR certification
