Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA)

Join Our Growing Plastic Surgery Practice

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our established Plastic Surgery practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled injector who is passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results while building long-term relationships with patients.

The ideal candidate is confident performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, has exceptional consultation and communication skills, and shares our commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience. This individual will work closely with our plastic surgeon and team to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's aesthetic goals.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with a focus on safe, natural-looking outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluate facial anatomy, discuss treatment options, and establish realistic expectations.
Develop individualized treatment plans that support both immediate and long-term aesthetic goals.
Educate patients on procedures, expected results, aftercare instructions, and complementary skincare recommendations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in the electronic medical record.
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with the surgeon and clinical team to ensure exceptional continuity of patient care.
Build lasting patient relationships through professionalism, trust, and excellent customer service.
Participate in practice marketing initiatives, including educational content, social media, patient events, and practice growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Current RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
Previous experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments is required.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injectable products, and safe injection techniques.
Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for achieving natural, balanced aesthetic results.
Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base.
Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
Experience with skincare products and aesthetic treatment planning is preferred.
Photography, social media, or content creation experience is a plus.
