I'm Dr. Glenn Krieger, orthodontist and practice founder of Krieger Orthodontics, and I'm looking for one very specific person. Not someone to shuffle paperwork and hold a clipboard. Someone who walks into a room and makes it better. Someone whose team would run through a wall for them — because they'd do the same first.

This is the Practice Director role. And if you've ever felt like you were capable of more than your current environment allowed, keep reading.

You do NOT need to be a practice management expert on day one. I'd rather hire someone who leads with heart, earns trust naturally, and genuinely loves the people around them than someone with a polished resume who treats staff like resources.

Character can't be trained. Everything else can.

You won't be stuck in an office managing from a distance. You'll be present. You'll know your team by name, know what motivates them, know when someone's having a hard day before they say a word.

What you'll do

Oversee the day to day operations of the practice with the goal of a seamless, excellent patient and team experience Lead, develop, and support a team of orthodontic professionals Hold the culture accountable in a way that feels like inspiration, not enforcement Identify and solve problems before they become fires Serve as the connection point between the clinical team, the front office, and the doctor Track performance metrics and work toward continuous improvement Help recruit, onboard, and retain great people Be someone the team trusts, respects, and wants to show up for

Experience

Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is strongly preferred. If you've worked in a clinical or administrative role in a dental or orthodontic setting, you already understand the world we operate in and that matters.
