Location: Dallas Tx
Employment Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based with Base pay

About the Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious and driven Insurance Producers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a client-focused environment and are motivated by building long-term relationships while achieving strong financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines.
Deliver professional presentations of coverage options and explain benefits clearly.
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related sales roles preferred.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
