Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
Prompt and reinforce socially appropriate behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies.
Collect and document behavior data (e.g., ABC, frequency, duration, latency, interval recording).
Support BCBAs in training families and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment.
Monitor client safety and promote a positive, supportive environment.
Assist in educating families on reinforcement strategies and early intervention principles.
Assist with toileting and diapering while maintaining client dignity, safety, and following care plans.
Provide verbal and written updates on client progress.
Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and in-service events.
Promote a positive public image and advocate for clients and comprehensive services.
Adhere to all clinic safety protocols and ethical standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Active RBT certification is required.

Physical Requirements

Duties require extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
Requires lifting, positioning, and/or transferring clients, including the ability to participate in physical activities and play-based therapies.
May be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
