Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this lively role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Whether guiding guests through our menu or upselling specialty drinks, you’ll play a vital part in fostering a vibrant dining atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Manage reservations through platforms like OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements
Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle basic math calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Experience with fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments is a plus
Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
