About Link-X

Link-X Fleet Solutions is an early-stage, fast-growing AI SaaS company. We provide fleet management solutions and ai analytics that help our clients better manage their fleet vehicles. We're building something from the ground up and are looking for driven individuals who want to start their sales career on the front lines — and grow with us.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you're the engine of our pipeline. You'll make cold calls, field inbound requests for information, qualify interest, and set strong, actionable meetings for our Sales Representatives. Success comes from volume, consistency, and the ability to turn a first conversation into a booked meeting.

This is the first step on a clear career track: prove yourself as an SDR, develop into a BDR who owns deals end-to-end, and grow into a Sales Executive.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-volume cold outreach by phone to prospective customers
Field and respond to inbound requests for information, quickly qualifying interest and fit
Qualify prospects and set strong, actionable meetings for Sales Representatives
Follow up relentlessly across calls, email, and other channels to create momentum
Track all outreach activity and results in our CRM
Work closely with Sales and leadership to ensure a world-class experience from first touch to customer

Who We're Looking For

Self-starter with a hunter mentality who's comfortable living on the phone
Comfortable hearing "no" and pushing forward anyway
Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by results and incentives
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly over the phone
Organized and disciplined about follow-up and CRM hygiene
Thrives in a startup environment with ambiguity and urgency

Experience & Background

Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or outreach is a plus
Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or fleet services preferred but not required
Coachable, eager to learn, and hungry to build a sales career

Compensation & Growth

$50K base salary plus bonus incentives, $70K OTE
Clear, fast path: SDR → Business Development Representative (own and sell deals) → Sales Executive
