Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Research policy Renewals/ New Business and support the underwriters with daily tasks
-
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documentation is up-to date and compliant.

Assist in managing incoming and outgoing Agency communications, ensuring timely responses.

Be a positive and productive Team Member
Technology & Tools:
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
-
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
-
Ability to handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism.
-
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-
Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and workflows is an asset, but not required.
