Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Production Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations teams in our Brick building toy based business. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience after the sale is complete.

As the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, you will ensure clear communication, accurate execution of customer design choices, and timely delivery of orders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in staying organized and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sales process is completed.
Communicate delivery timelines, design selections, and project updates clearly and professionally.
Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed accurately.
Track customer orders and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams to maintain alignment.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns related to design or delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, preferences, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Google Suite / Gmail
Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or operations is preferred but not required.
