Compensation
The compensation target for this role is: $93,500 - $110,000
Job Summary
As Payroll Manager, you own the end-to-end payroll function for a growing workforce. You're the person everyone relies on to get it right — because getting it right matters. You'll bring order to complexity, keep us compliant across multiple states, and partner closely with all departments to make sure our people experience is seamless from offer letter to pay check.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions — earnings, deductions, garnishments, commissions, and equity compensation
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations; manage tax filings, year-end W-2s, and ACA reporting
