About the Company

Eaton Alliance, Inc. is a community-based service provider dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to the unique needs and goals of both youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as traumatic brain injuries.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Administrator to oversee and enhance our programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a background in social work, and a passion for program development. This role requires effective relationship management and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage a program that supports individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with Associate Directors and the Executive director to enhance program offerings and outcomes.
Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of participants.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, participant progress, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community organizations to promote program visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Program Management: Proven track record of managing programs or services within the human services sector, particularly related to individuals with disabilities.
Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations governing services for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that the organization meets all legal and ethical standards.
Crisis Management Skills: Ability to effectively handle emergency situations and conflicts, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making under pressure.
Training and Development Experience: Ability to design and implement training programs for staff, promoting professional development and best practices in care for individuals with disabilities and fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity among participants and staff.
Strong Advocacy Skills: Experience advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities, both within the organization and in the broader community.
Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with both staff and individuals served, fostering a supportive environment and is able to hold boundaries with others.
