Territory Sales Representative

About PowerHouse Roofing

PowerHouse Roofing provides commercial roofing maintenance, repairs, and replacement services for property owners, HOA communities, and property management companies throughout Utah. Our preventative maintenance programs help customers extend the life of their roofing systems, reduce unexpected repair costs, and keep their properties protected year-round.

We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative/Manager to help grow this division by building relationships with commercial property owners, HOA board members, property managers, and building owners.

What You'll Do:

Your primary responsibility is developing new commercial accounts by introducing customers to our preventative maintenance programs, creating opportunities for repairs and/or replacements. The territories that are filling right now are in Salt Lake County and Utah County.

Responsibilities include:

Prospect and connect with HOA board members/Maintenance Managers, property managers, commercial property owners, and commercial tenants.
Schedule meetings and property visits.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Present customized maintenance programs.
Follow up consistently and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Work closely with our operations team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Represent the PowerHouse Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity.

Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
