Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

At Boondocks, our Kitchen Leads are the engine of the operation. You aren’t just a manager—you are a high-capacity leader who sets the pace, holds the line, and ensures every plate meets our "Guest-Ready" standard. We need someone who thrives on the floor, manages the "lulls" with productivity, and masters the rush with poise.

What You’ll Do

Drive the Standard: Oversee daily kitchen operations with a "hands-on" approach. You lead from the front, whether you’re on the line or managing the pass.
Operational Precision: Manage weekly inventories, meet cost-of-sales goals, and ensure all deliveries are received and rotated (FIFO) perfectly.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain elite sanitation levels and adhere to all FDA/USDA and local regulations. You are the "Safe-Certified" expert on every shift.
Team Leadership: Conduct weekly safety meetings and lead the culinary team to success through clear communication and consistent coaching.

What You Bring

Proven Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants or hotels.
The "Owner" Mentality: A sense of urgency to identify and report kitchen-related issues to the Chef or GM immediately.
Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of food safety (ServSafe Certified) and a background in catering/events is a major plus.
Flexibility: You are the leader for our busiest times—nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the mission.
