Compensation:

$140,000+

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client intake interviews to understand and document their legal needs.
Draft compelling settlement demands that advocate for clients' best interests.
Negotiate assertively with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients.
Navigate cases through the litigation process with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with our legal team to develop innovative strategies for case success.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed at every stage.
Stay updated on legal precedents and industry trends to provide informed advice and representation.

Qualifications:

Experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and client advocacy.
Ability to conduct thorough client interviews, capturing essential details to build strong cases.
Proven track record of drafting persuasive settlement demands that effectively represent clients' interests.
Skilled in negotiating with insurance companies to achieve fair and favorable settlements.
Proficiency in navigating the litigation process with precision and attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills, working closely with legal teams to develop innovative case strategies.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout their legal journey.
