Full Job Description

Help Advance the Future of Medicine

We are expanding our clinical research team and are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to participate in industry-sponsored clinical trials as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I).

This opportunity allows physicians to diversify their practice, contribute to the development of new therapies, and provide patients with access to innovative treatment options—all while working alongside an experienced clinical research team that manages the day-to-day study operations.

Whether you have previous research experience or are looking to enter clinical research for the first time, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

Conduct medical evaluations for clinical trial participants
Assess patient eligibility and oversee protocol-related medical care
Perform physical examinations and review laboratory results
Ensure patient safety and compliance with study protocols
Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and study staff
Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with GCP and regulatory requirements
Participate in investigator meetings and sponsor interactions when needed

Qualifications

MD or DO with specialization in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active and unrestricted Puerto Rico medical license (or eligible to obtain one)
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Interest in research, innovation, and improving patient care
Prior clinical research experience is welcome but not required
