Summary of Role

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellence in training delivery across all sites, providing exceptional training for exceptional results.

The role holder will strive for quality in everything that is delivered and will challenge themselves to always exceed in their performance. Working as part of a team, flexibility is required, as is the ability to remain focused and pragmatic. Hours of work will be 40 hours per week scheduled between Monday and Sunday.

Essential Functions

Deliver focused, professional and quality driven training to various teams across RelateCare PR, adhering to prescribed training materials and ensuring 100% accuracy is maintained and any discrepancies are reported to the course owner so that amendments can be made.
Is responsible for their own quality delivery, being fully accountable for the learning outcomes of groups and individuals who they train.
Creatively, yet within guidelines, engages groups and individuals to stimulate their learning experience using a variety of methods, as applicable to individuals’ learning styles and dynamics of the training groups.
Controls a group of delegates to ensure that each individual delegate receives the same high standards of training, whilst dealing with any problems with delegates and closing them off without having an impact on the group.
Openly challenges self to improve own delivery style by asking for, acting upon, and developing feedback channels to ensure that delivery is impactful.
Engages with people in a professional manner, promoting the learning function and retaining the expected professional distance, whilst being approachable and knowledgeable
Contributes to the wider team in suggesting alternative ways of doing things, providing reasoned challenge and developing strong team relationships, supportive, helpful and powerful.
Embraces change and challenges change throughout the team and the delegates, by ensuring that they remain one step ahead and provide the flexibility to deliver.
Evaluates all training outcomes, following the prescribed evaluation guidelines to ensure that return on investment is achieved alongside identifying gaps in training and material knowledge.
Administrates themselves and their training sessions, following the full process in preparation of rooms, handling delegate administration and ensuing that all records can be updated and maintained by the central administration team by following process.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Call Centre Training.
Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.
Highly motivated self-starter who can work with little or no supervision.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Reporting directly to the Call Centre Director
