Full Job Description

We are a medium-size law firm looking for a proactive team player to assist our legal staff with case management, administrative documents, calendar management, client services, and general administrative and reception duties. Responsibilities include drafting letters and other documents, filing, general secretarial and reception and document control work. Degree in Office Management, Paralegal, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. Complete fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer programs. We look forward to meeting punctual, reliable, discreet, and detail oriented candidates.
