Job Summary

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SECRETARY

A private medical office is seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to join our team.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or private practice.

- Experience managing patient records and medical documentation.

-* Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, and claims.*

- Excellent communication and patient service skills.

-Responsible, organized, punctual, and professional.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Maintain and update patient records. Verify insurance coverage and follow up on authorizations and claims. Handle documentation and general administrative duties for the office.
