We are seeking a strong Nurse Manager to lead our Case Management team at Yakima Memorial Hospital. This role is ideal for a leader with acute care hospital experience who is confident leading clinical teams, partnering with providers and driving results in an inpatient setting.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a current Washington State RN license
Experience leading teams in an acute care or hospital setting
A background in case management and care coordination
Several years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
Strong clinical expertise and the ability to support and develop teams

Position Summary

The Nurse Manager, Case Management provides day to day leadership of a team of clinical professionals supporting cross continuum care coordination. This role partners closely with physicians, leadership and community partners to improve patient outcomes, enhance care coordination and support high quality, patient centered care.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
Three to five years of leadership experience with progressive responsibility
Three years of healthcare leadership experience
Five years of clinical experience
Case management experience preferred

Advanced nursing degree (MSN, DNP, PhD or ARNP) preferred. Candidates with strong internal experience may be considered even if all qualifications are not met.
