The ideal candidate for this position
Enjoys time in the kitchen preparing food items our guests will remember and want to return to experience again | Performs at their best in the afternoons and evenings, starting your shift at 3:00 pm until approximately 10:00 pm | You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work | You work with professionalism and integrity.
What you will be doing
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product and achieve high guest satisfaction | Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times | Take inventory of food and supplies needed for each day | Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment | Keep all refrigeration, equipment, and storage and working areas in clean, working condition to comply with health department regulations.
