Full Job Description

This seat is the hub of our front office — the voice most customers hear on the phone and the bill they hold in their hands. It exists to keep our service running smoothly and our money flowing in, while making every customer feel taken care of. Done right, this role is a reflection of who we are: organized, accurate, and genuinely helpful. A customer should never be left waiting on the phone, confused by a bill, or forgotten after the job is done. This seat plays a real part in a bigger game. We hold each other to clear standards, we remind each other of them often, and we care about getting the small things right. We're looking for someone who wants to play that game with us — not someone who's just here until something better comes along.

What You'll Be Accountable For

● Invoicing — every invoice goes out accurately and on time. Nothing sits in the queue.

● Phones & Dispatch — every call is answered promptly and warmly, and technicians are

dispatched efficiently so the right person gets to the right job.

● Warranties — warranties are processed correctly and tracked through to resolution.

● Service Tracking & Follow-Up — every service job is tracked to completion, and

customers are followed up with so nothing falls through the cracks.

● Accounts Receivable — money owed to us is tracked and collected; AR is kept current

and clean.

● Office upkeep — keeping the front office tidy and presentable.

Skills & Basics

● Comfortable and accurate on a computer — solid typing and general computer skills.

● Calm and friendly on the phone, even when it's busy.

● Careful with detail and numbers; catches their own mistakes.

● Able to juggle several things at once — phones, invoices, and follow-ups in the same

hour — without dropping any.
