We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and some small commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently.

My husband and I are the Owners/Operators of Happy Home Cleaning which serves Moscow, Pullman, LC Valley, and surrounding areas. We have found that the demand for our service is outgrowing our current capacity. We are looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work and is willing to share in the satisfaction of a delighted client who can "come home and just relax without the worry of cleaning up." As a starting employee, we are looking for someone to assist in daily cleaning tasks as we continue to grow this business. Ultimately, we are seeking someone who aspires to grow with this business and is willing to take on greater responsibilities in order to provide our exceptional services to more of the surrounding community and beyond.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain pristine conditions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas, adhering to standardized protocols.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent client communication skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing or kneeling for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Must pass background check
