Provide welding engineering support to design, fabrication, and support teams

Specify, develop, implement, and sustain welding and welding-related processes

Improve quality, yield, efficiency, and capacity of welding processes in accordance with strategic objectives

Apply problem solving skills to identify root cause

Evaluate new equipment and processes

Interpret results and provide recommendations to management

Pay Range Information:
Associate Welding Process Engineer: $84,200 - $124,500.
Welding Process Engineer: $97,700 - $144,400.
Lead Welding Process Engineer: $115,300 - $170,400
We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
