About us

James P Napolitano CPA PC is a small business in ACCOUNTING_CONSULTING. We are professional, but casual dress.

Our work environment includes:

Modern office setting

Our company is currently seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to help with basic bookeeping and office administration in a tax practice. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team environment and will be able to prioritize tasks while multitasking. We're looking for a self-starter who can implement daily and weekly workload plans, as well as successfully complete other duties related to this position.

Responsibilities:

File invoices and receipts.
Answer phones, screen calls appropriately
Basic level bookeeping (cash receipts, checks)
Handle requests from customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Handle requests from customer base.
Make sure the upcoming client visit files are prepared and accountant has everything they need to do their job.
Ask questions when you're confused.
Maintain and organize records of companies in our client base.
Answer phones and screen calls appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per week

Work Location: In person
