Your Role

As the Community Manager for your assigned portfolio, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to Boards of Directors while building strong relationships with homeowners, business partners, and your teammates.

You'll lead your communities with professionalism, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset while partnering with an exceptional support team behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary Community Manager for your assigned portfolio
Build trusted relationships with Board Members and homeowners
Lead Board Meetings and Annual Meetings with professionalism and confidence
Guide Boards through governance, budgeting, reserve planning, and strategic decision-making
Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, reserve projects, and service contracts
Partner with our Accounting Team to support healthy association finances
Communicate proactively with Boards and homeowners
Utilize Vantaca and company technology to stay organized and efficient
Participate in EOS through L10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, and Quarterly Conversations

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience managing homeowner or condominium associations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confidence leading Board Meetings

High personal accountability
Comfort with technology and HOA management software

Professional designations such as CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® are welcomed but not required.
