Job Requisition: Restoration Project Manager

Company Overview: We are a reputable restoration and construction company specializing in disaster recovery services, including fire, water and storm damage restoration. Our mission is to restore homes and peace of mind. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team.

Position: Restoration Project Manager

Location: Fredericksburg Virginia

Job Description: As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of restoration projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of restoration technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve effective communication with clients, insurance representatives, and associated stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously.
Conduct initial assessments of water losses and write repair estimates.
Coordinate and schedule restoration technicians and subcontractors.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to restoration teams.
Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure work meets company standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restoration project management.
Proficient with Xactimate.
Experience with Symbility.
Established trade network.
Experience working with adjusters and property managers.
