Margie Mae's Holiday Decor is a family-owned Arizona business providing white-glove holiday décor for homes and businesses across Phoenix and Tucson. We are hiring an Interior Decor Manager, internally titled Director of Styling, to own our décor styling operation end to end, leading multiple teams and carrying real accountability for how every season comes together, budget included.

This is a leadership role for someone who can run an operation, not just a shift. We can teach management. We can't teach an eye for design. If you already have that eye, and you know how to lead a team, we want to talk to you.

Who You Are

You have a proven background in floral design, event styling, home staging, or visual merchandising. This is required, not preferred
You can lead multiple teams of stylists and keep them aligned toward the same standard
You own outcomes, including budget and cost accountability, not just task completion
You hold yourself and your teams to a high standard of craftsmanship
You communicate clearly and proactively, with your teams, with clients, and with leadership
You're available for a set, full-time schedule year-round, this is a leadership role, not a flexible seasonal position

What You'll Do

Own décor styling operations end to end across multiple teams and the full season's delivery, in both Phoenix and Tucson
Manage budget, cost control, and resource allocation across the styling department
Hire, train, and prepare stylists ahead of each season
Manage your team through the off-season on both custom and classic production décor
Oversee off-season planning, inventory, and storage systems
Serve as the senior point of contact for client relationships and expectations
Uphold Margie Mae's design and service standards across every job, every team

Job Requirements

Proven background in floral design, event styling, home staging, or visual merchandising, required
Proven experience managing multiple teams or a multi-site operation
Experience owning a budget or cost center
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 or older
