Overview

Fox Reliable Insurance is an independent agency with locations in Mesa, Apache Junction and Phoenix, Arizona. For more than twenty years we've helped families across the Valley find coverage that fits — auto, home, and a range of specialty policies. Being independent means we work with multiple carriers, so you're helping people find the right fit instead of selling one company's product.

We're looking for a licensed insurance agent to join our team. You'll help clients choose coverage, answer their questions, and be the person they call when something happens.

You don't need to know every line we write on day one. If you're licensed, you like people, and you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Duties

Meet with clients to understand what they need, then find them good coverage at a fair price
Quote and write auto, home, renters, and all other lines of business we offer
Answer questions from current clients and help them update coverage as things change
Review policies at renewal and re-shop when rates change
Help clients through claims — file, follow up, and stay with it until it's resolved
Follow up on leads and referrals, and stay connected in the community
Keep client records accurate and up to date in our agency management system
Keep your Arizona license and continuing education current

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
