Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Clerk - General Office Duties to join our corporate office in New Rochelle, NY.

Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent

Job Description:

Assist with clerical/administrative work regarding proposals or other projects (mostly preparing forms/documents, memos/letters)
Collect, organize, process and/or maintain bid documents, drawings, specifications, supply requisitions
Data Entry – tracking logs and databases
Print/scan/organize documents
Handle prequalification and license renewals
Assist estimators when needed
Handle sensitive/confidential information

Cover receptionist’s lunch breaks daily
General office assistance as needed

Required Skills:

High School diploma required. A technical degree a plus.
Minimum 0-2+ years administrative/support experience preferred.
Working knowledge of general office procedures plus ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts
Proficient in web based research and Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Intermediate Excel skills required
Detail oriented and excellent organizational/prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
