OVERVIEW:

As a Personal Trainer at Workshoppe Fitness, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to inspire, motivate, and empower members to achieve their fitness goals in a luxurious and dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with members of all fitness levels, providing customized training programs designed to push their limits and unlock their full potential. Your expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication will elevate the health and wellness journeys of our members, helping them not only reach their goals but surpass them. DUTIES:

Work closely with the Personal Training Director to convert prospective and existing members into training clients
Promote and sell personal training programs to members and clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Execute starter sessions
Build unique training programs catered to client goals
Assist training clients in both establishing and reaching their goals
Create and maintain an active client base
Demonstrate knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
Build rapport with member interaction while establishing club training culture
Contribute to an organized and safe weight room
Attend and engage in any mandatory one-on-one or team meetings with management regarding personalized programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification from a recognized fitness organization such as NASM or ACE is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
