We are seeking passionate and talented Beauticians to join our dynamic team! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, valued, and inspired. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and ensuring each client leaves feeling their best. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals eager to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Duties

Perform professional beauty services including hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading with precision and artistry
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline operations
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Upsell retail products effectively by applying retail math skills to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage store operations efficiently, including inventory management and client communication to foster loyalty
Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, color theory, barbering, and customer service best practices

Experience

Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, and makeup application
Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment booking and client management
Skilled in various hair care techniques including hair extensions, hair coloring, barbering (including straight razor use), and hair styling
Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to salons and barbershops to ensure compliance with health standards
Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
Experience mentoring or training team members in beauty techniques or customer service excellence
Ability to perform nail care services and hair threading with precision and professionalism
