Jamaica Hospital Medical Center – MediSys Health Network

Jamaica, Queens, NY

Join a dedicated team providing exceptional women's healthcare in an outpatient OB/GYN setting.

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Women's Health Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled RN with Labor & Delivery experience who is passionate about supporting women's health across the continuum of care.

Position Details

Department: Women's Health Center – OB/GYN Outpatient
Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Qualifications Required:

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Labor & Delivery experience
Fetal Monitoring Certification
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to OB/GYN patients in an outpatient setting
Perform patient assessments and assist with examinations and procedures
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational standards
