Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, overseeing front desk activities, managing guest accounts, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our standards of excellence while providing a welcoming environment for all guests arriving after hours.

Duties

Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems
Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols, and respond promptly to any safety or emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of overnight activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and audit documentation
Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls courteously, and relay messages efficiently
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room issues or facility concerns promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles
Strong knowledge of hotel software systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and resort operations preferred
Previous experience in hotel experience or resort environments is a plus
