This is a full-time outdoor position for someone who:

Typical work may include:
- Landscape renovations and property improvements
- Retaining wall and patio installation
- Drainage and grading projects
- Mulch, decorative rock, soil, and plant installation
- Sod installation and lawn restoration
- Brush clearing and excavation support
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Operating commercial power equipment and construction tools
- Assisting with skid steer, mini excavator, and other equipment operations
- Seasonal services including holiday lighting installation, tree removal, and snow removal

Preferred Experience:
Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, excavation, concrete, carpentry, equipment operation, or related trades is preferred but not required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who are motivated, coachable, and committed to learning.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Reliable personal transportation to and from work every day
- Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- Ability to regularly lift 70+ pounds and safely handle heavier materials with team assistance
- Comfortable working around construction equipment and occasionally at heights
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain focused, limit phone use during work hours, and maintain a professional attitude
- Desire to learn, improve, and contribute to a team that values quality workmanship
Smartphone & Data Plan:
- Working smartphone with an active data plan required daily for mobile app time-tracking, schedule updates, and job site routing
Safety & Security:
- We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our team and clients. Final applicants will undergo a pre-employment background review (including court and public records search). Conviction records are evaluated on an individualized basis considering the role, time elapsed, and nature of the offense
