What You'll Do

As a member of our finance team, you'll help customers secure financing while ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience.

Assist customers in understanding financing options, payment plans, and vehicle protection products
Review credit applications and work with lenders to secure financing approvals
Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products in a professional and customer-focused manner
Prepare and review finance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support vehicle delivery by helping customers understand their financing and protection options
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership team members
Maintain accurate records and complete transactions efficiently
Partner with the sales team to help create an exceptional customer experience
Continuously develop finance, sales, and compliance knowledge

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive F&I experience is preferred but not required
Automotive sales, sales management, banking, lending, insurance, or customer-facing sales experience is highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
