About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Mold Maker to contribute to the production of precision parts and components. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC programming, mold making, and machining processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) to execute precision machining tasks.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to produce mold components.
Load materials and tooling, monitor machine operations, and ensure efficient production runs.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes and resolve technical issues.
Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining.
Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming.
Experience with CAD/CAM software for mold design and machining.
Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with Injection Molding.
