Full Job Description

Looking for an experienced CMA,RMA or LPN who possesses the following attributes for a busy, multi- location specialty practice.

· Ability to work in a fast paced, patient service-oriented environment.

· Ability to maintain professional conduct in all work-related areas.

· Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent written, verbal, and critical

thinking skills.

· Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player

· Ability to manage difficult and emotional patient situations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Taking patient vitals and documenting in the patient’s chart via EMR

· Scheduling patients for follow up visits or procedures.

· Responding to all patient messages and call back requests in a timely manner

· Submitting authorizations for patient medications.

· Assisting with procedures when applicable.

· Initiating the Urine Drug Screen procedures in accordance with established regulations

and Protocol.

· Submitting physician referrals as well as scheduling imaging and other related tests.

Special Requirements

Certified/ Registered Medical Assistant – 1-year experience preferred

College/University equivalent may be substituted in lieu of Medical Assistant Certification

Certification in Basic Life Support/CPR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
