Company Description:

At Eastern Financial Partners, we specialize in debt-restructuring solutions for businesses, with a particular focus on Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) loans. Our mission is to support clients by providing legal protection and improving their financial liquidity. Acting on behalf of our clients, we negotiate with their funders to secure settlements that reduce their overall repayment obligations.

Job Description:

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and our negotiation team, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience while guiding clients through various phases of the program. You will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries promptly.

Educate clients on program processes and provide regular progress updates.

Collaborate with the negotiation team to ensure smooth and effective settlement processes.

Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maintain high client retention rates.

Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in a financial services or debt management environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
