Full Job Description

EMS is looking for a Regional Manager to join our amazing team. This position will require travel . This is a Full-Time position . Traveling is a requirement for this position. This position comes a car allowance , company computer and company cell phone. MUST HAVE LTC EXPERIENCE in management role. Region is between 8-10 accounts.

Job Description:

The Regional Manager is responsible for providing overall compliance, cleanliness, client engagement, direction, and control to assigned facilities for a geographic area. This key leadership role is responsible for the execution of our program, with a focus on growth, productivity, employee engagement and leading people.

Frequent travel to client sites throughout the Region is expected

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Management

Provide overall ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance of facilities in accordance with company goals.

Provide strong leadership behaviors ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, confidentiality, and customer service for our clients.
Train, coach, and mentor on-site management by establishing clear expectations and reinforcing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Partnership & Service

Establish and maintain a highly effective relationship with clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments.
Proactively identify client needs, communicate performance, and address concerns with responsiveness and urgency.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for all client satisfaction across all facilities in assigned area.

Financial Stewardship

Maintain ownership and oversight of the position summaries, hours control, duty list, schedules, supplies, etc.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency

Ensure consistent execution of EMS, LLC operating standards and processes.
Steward the corporate safety program.
Conduct quality assurance inspections at least quarterly.
Responsible for quarterly reporting to client and corporate office.

Compliance

Ensure all service locations in area maintain safe, compliant, and professional work environments for clients, visitors and employees.
Enforce adherence to applicable policies, laws, and regulations, including safety, health, sanitation, and wage and hour requirements.
Ensure all paperwork, including hiring, pay increase, performance appraisals, write up and termination are accurate and complete and submitted to corporate timely
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent business experience required
Must have Long -Term Care experience
Must have Life Safety in Healthcare
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Required working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
Requires flexibility to respond and handle emergencies at nighttime or weekends
Able to keep assigned areas in a condition complying with corporate standards.
Be Customer Focused, team oriented and have excellent communication skills
Be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting
Be able to prioritize
Have floor care, maintenance, Life safety, laundry and housekeeping experience
Recruiting, Hiring, Training , Discipline of Contract Managers
Coaching, Mentoring, Guiding and Training Contract Mangers
Monitor/ Manage hours, payroll, supplies and equipment budgets
Accountable for results and time management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Works in clean, well-lighted, heated and ventilated buildings (rooms and corridors). The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside-weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
