Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender and become the heart of the hospitality experience! In this lively role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable moments for guests. Your energy and expertise will elevate our bar atmosphere, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Whether mixing classic cocktails or recommending local craft beers, your enthusiasm and skill will set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending, fine dining, or food service environments with strong cocktail-making skills
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
Understanding of beverage ingredients, mixology techniques, spirits, wine knowledge, and craft beer trends
Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to food safety standards
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as restaurant or banquet service is highly valued
Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Catering or banquet experience is a plus for supporting large events or private functions
