Results-driven Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager looking for a high-income, high-impact opportunity?

As part of Easy Step Enterprises, you will lead a team in a high-ticket retail sales environment, helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through personalized solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 base salary
5.0% commission
Paid training (5–6 weeks) + ongoing development
Career growth opportunities (promote from within)

Retail hours (Mon–Sat, closed Sundays)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing retail sales team focused on consultative sales and customer experience
Drive store sales, revenue growth, and KPI performance in a commission-based, high-ticket sales environment ($1,500+ solutions)
Act as a player-coach, actively selling while guiding team members on building trust and educating customers—not transactional selling
Train and coach team members on:
Consultative sales techniques
CRM usage (Salesforce or similar systems)
Customer relationship management and follow-ups
Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily retail operations
Ensure consistent use of CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer retention
Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent to build a strong team
Maintain a positive, performance-driven retail culture aligned with company values
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a strong customer experience

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Sales Leader
Proven success in retail sales, commission sales, or high-ticket sales environments
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales performance and ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment

Preferred Experience:

Consultative sales (fitness, healthcare, automotive, mattress, or luxury retail)
Experience leading teams in commission-based or performance-driven sales roles
Background in customer-focused retail environments
