Job Overview

Address: 832 Spring Forest Road, Raleigh NC
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers placing takeout orders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key in delivering high-quality service that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their takeout orders, ensuring clarity in communication.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system and confirm details with customers to avoid any discrepancies.
Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring that all orders are complete and presented well.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the to-go area, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette when taking orders over the phone, providing information about menu items as needed.
Assist in training new staff on procedures related to takeout service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in hospitality or hotel services is beneficial but not required.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
